Installation Notes
⏱ Difficulty: Easy | Time: Under 2 Minutes | Tools Required: None
- Ensure your steering wheel is positioned at the 12 o'clock neutral centre before beginning installation.
- Use the included cleaning wipe to thoroughly degrease the surface area at the rear of both existing paddle housings. Allow to dry for 30 seconds.
- Peel the protective backing from the pre-applied adhesive pad on the rear of the left paddle shifter.
- Align the left (downshift) paddle over the existing housing and press firmly for 10–15 seconds, applying even pressure across the full surface.
- Repeat the process for the right (upshift) paddle shifter.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for a minimum of 30 minutes before use for optimal bond strength.
⚠ Surface Preparation is Critical: Any oil, dust, or residue on the paddle housing surface will significantly reduce adhesive performance. Do not skip the cleaning step. Avoid installation in temperatures below 10°C as this can impair initial adhesion.
