Installation Notes

- Thoroughly clean and dry the existing wheel arch areas on all four corners of the vehicle. Remove any dirt, wax, or silicone residue from the mounting surfaces to ensure a secure bond and clean fitment.
- Dry-fit each arch to its corresponding position — front left, front right, rear left, rear right — before committing to any fixings. Confirm the profile sits flush against the factory bodywork with no gaps or misalignment.
- Starting at one corner, align the arch carefully along the factory arch line. Use the supplied clips or fixings to secure the arch at the designated mounting points, working from the centre outward to prevent warping.
- Repeat the process for all four arches, ensuring consistent alignment and gap uniformity on each panel before fully tightening any fixings.
- Step back and visually inspect all four arches from a distance to confirm symmetry and consistent fitment. Apply gentle pressure along each arch edge to confirm all clips are fully seated.
Important: These arches are designed for fitment on the Defender 110 L663 only. If you have recently fitted wheel spacers or plan to do so, confirm tyre clearance before driving.
