- Select your preferred mounting position within the Defender 110's cabin — the centre console area, air vent surround, or dashboard fascia are the most commonly used locations for this bracket.
- Use the included prep wipe to thoroughly clean the chosen surface. Remove all dust, oils, and residue, then allow the area to dry completely for at least 60 seconds.
- Peel the backing from the bracket's adhesive pad and press firmly onto the cleaned surface. Apply sustained pressure for 30 seconds to activate the bond. Allow a full 24 hours before subjecting the mount to load.
- Attach the slim metal mounting plate to the rear of your phone or inside your phone case. Press firmly and hold for 20 seconds.
- Place your phone against the magnetic bracket. The magnet will engage immediately. Adjust the viewing angle to your preferred position and you're ready to go.
⚠ Important: Ensure the mounting surface is fully clean and dry before application. Avoid installing on textured or soft-touch surfaces that may not provide sufficient adhesion. Do not use with MagSafe-incompatible wireless charging cases unless the metal plate is positioned away from charging coils. This bracket is designed for the L663 platform and may not suit other vehicle interiors.
