Installation Notes
Difficulty: Intermediate · Estimated Time: 60–90 minutes · Tools Required: Torque wrench, jack stands, breaker bar
- Safely raise the vehicle using a quality jack and secure on axle stands. Never work under a vehicle supported only by a trolley jack.
- Remove the wheels and clean the hub face thoroughly — any debris between the spacer and hub will affect seating and introduce vibration.
- Locate the spacer correctly over the hub studs, ensuring full flush contact with the hub face before any fasteners are introduced.
- Fit the spacer using the supplied extended wheel nuts and hand-tighten in a star pattern before applying torque.
- Refit the road wheel over the spacer, again using a star torque pattern. Torque wheel nuts to the manufacturer's specification for your specific alloy.
- Lower the vehicle and re-torque all wheel nuts after approximately 50 miles of initial driving.
