Dry-fit first. Hold each vent trim piece against its intended fender position before committing. Confirm orientation and alignment against the bodywork contour.

Clean the surface. Thoroughly clean and degrease the fender area using an isopropyl alcohol wipe or panel wipe. Ensure the surface is completely dry before proceeding. Any residue will compromise the adhesive bond.

Warm the adhesive. Peel the protective backing from the 3M tape. Using a hairdryer on a low-to-medium setting, gently warm the adhesive tape for 10–15 seconds. This activates the adhesive and significantly improves long-term bonding strength.

Apply with firm pressure. Position the vent trim carefully and press it onto the cleaned surface with firm, even pressure for at least 30 seconds. Work from the centre outward to avoid air pockets.

Allow cure time. Leave the vehicle undisturbed for a minimum of 24 hours before washing or exposing to rain, allowing the adhesive to fully cure to the bodywork.

Installation complete. Repeat for all four pieces and step back to enjoy the transformation.
⚠ Important: Do not attempt installation in cold temperatures below 10°C — the adhesive will not bond effectively. Always warm the surface and tape before application. Avoid fitting in direct sunlight as this may cause the tape to set before correct positioning is achieved.
